Agreement to these terms
Using the Game Grammar site or product means you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization. (Operated by BIRDOR, Inc.)
What Game Grammar is today
The Game Spec Agent plus Clicker, Merge, Endless Runner, and Tower Defense runtimes are real and versioned. Standalone H5 delivery, TypeScript/H5 project export, native Canvas WeChat Mini Game project export, Web release checks, repository-level Playwright export regression checks, and owner-authorized GitHub source sync are available. The Mini Game ZIP contains no AppID, credentials, payments, ads, or publishing configuration; platform release and compliance remain owner work.
Templates and examples without a real runtime are documented as design intent only, with no playable build.
Accounts
Accounts require an email address and a password of at least twelve characters. Sessions are signed and stored in an HTTP-only cookie; project APIs and the Agent verify that the current account owns the project before reading or changing it.
Email verification is required before sign-in and password reset is available through a one-hour, single-use link. Multi-factor authentication is not available yet; use an email address you control and consider a managed identity provider before operating the product at scale.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content to the Agent; do not attempt to access another account's projects; do not abuse rate limits or reverse-engineer the Agent or API to bypass these restrictions; do not embed the widget on a site engaged in illegal activity.
Your prompts and generated content
You retain rights to the ideas and prompts you submit. Game Specs, documents, and prompts the Agent generates from your conversation are provided for your use.
Generated output comes from a third-party AI model and can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it or shipping a game built from it.
Third-party AI provider
Responses are produced by a configurable, third-party language model (by default, an EdgeOne-hosted model). We do not control that provider and cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or output of its responses.
The embeddable widget
If you or a site operator embeds the Game Grammar widget on a website, that operator is responsible for their own visitors' disclosures and legal compliance. Embedding the widget is subject to the acceptable-use section above.
Pricing and payment
Selecting a plan currently only records your interest and adds you to the early-access waitlist — it is not a purchase, and no payment is collected through the product today.
Disclaimers
The service and any AI-generated output are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIRDOR, Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China.
